I've been in the fitness industry for over 12 years now and CrossFit brings a new and exciting challenge. The more I learn, the more I realize it just makes sense! I'm known for being the toughest, meanest, heartless trainer, but the truth is, I love helping people realize they are so much stronger than they think...mentally AND physically!

I am blessed with 3 beautiful children and an amazing husband. I am a choir teacher and fitness instructor at Eaton High School. Music and sports/fitness have always been my passions and where the Good Lord seems to lead me!

I look forward to torturing...I mean training you! Remember, it's all in LOVE! :)

Kevin Contreras

I am a family man. I’ve been happily married to my wife for almost twelve years. She is an amazingly talented teacher and coach at our local high school. We have three beautiful kids that enjoy school, playing, sports and music. I live here in Eaton, but I am a firefighter in Fort Collins. I love my job and am grateful to have it. It’s where I was first introduced to Crossfit about four years ago. At the time, I was training much like I always had. It had taken me through college football, wrestling and power lifting competitions. I generally felt like I’d been pretty successful, so at first, I just added Crossfit principles to my training. However, the more Crossfit I added, the better I felt. I was hooked and feel better now at 31 than I did at 21. When I say I feel better, I don’t just mean physically, but mentally as well. I wish that Crossfit had been around when I was younger, but one of the unique aspects of Crossfit is that it’s never too late to start feeling the benefits.I want to help you experience this for yourself…
